Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trasmital Bonfiglioli 301L214.8PCP90L / 2T301L2014011 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digital parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Triad product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the ED30W60Y spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3000109 manufactured by Digital and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG120F03 by Manufacturer Triad as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Trygon-Electric Brand TL830V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubaki such as CSM150N40HT equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SDO3411S2 made by Triconex as well as the popular ZKE1649264490000 original spares produced by Trutzschler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VMOD23111220101 by Trumpf and CSM150N40HT spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2R850SRV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triac.
